• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we sure do! Shipping is done through the United States Postal Service on most orders. We also will use DHL or Fedex depending on the destination or if their was a problem with the initial package. If you don't receive your order within 3 month then a full refund will occur.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I usually will ship orders within 7 days and usually on Friday or Saturday mornings. I am only one person so it could take longer than 7 days but no more than two weeks. If you do not receive a shipping notice, please contact me.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How do you package your orders?

  For orders with posters, I use mailing tubes to ship them. If you have an order with posters and other items, I make sure to fit those other items into the tube to the best of my ability to ensure safe travel.

  If your order does not include posters then I use bubble mailers with the size varying on the product. If you have stickers or any small item that could be damaged during travel then I usually reinforce the mailers with cardboard.

  Please keep in mind that if your order can not fit within one packaging then I will use multiple packages at no extra cost. (ex. if your order included a large notebook and a poster)

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
